The Mirror of My Soul   Leave a comment

From within the mirror of my soul, God sees my complete makeup of who I am. He hears
my unspoken words, because he reads my thoughts. Man judge me by my outer appearance, because he can not know me as God, know me. Man condemn me, for the things that God find to be justified of me. Man hates me, for the things God Love about me.
There is no secret or thought, I can keep from him. And there is no secret place I can dwell in to hide from him. Wherever I go, he is there. Therefore, he is forever present with me.
Father in heaven,
When I fall on my knees before you, please show me your grace and mercy. I need to know that sin, will not cause you to withhold the answer to my desires and needs that I request from you. In my life, where I am weak, strengthen me, lead me in the way of righteousness, and guide my path with your wisdom. God help me to do the things that pleases you. Help me to feel compassion, empathy, and sympathy for others.

Amen

Who is God?   1 comment

God is not a Faith.
God is not a Religion.
God is the Supreme Spiritual Being
He has created all life and flesh and the Earth with Heaven and the moon, sun and stars.
It is impossible to understand the fullness of the existence of God and his power. However, the soul knows that it has a creator: and in times of distress, will seek God for Comfort and Peace and Salvation.
The soul is in distress, when the occurrence of things happen beyond the ability of human knowledge to control such things as weather related disasters, incurable diseases, sicknesses and the things that causes fear that is overwhelming; the soul without hesitation will seek to get acquainted with God its creator.
The soul will call out to God for deliverance, regardless of its gender or status whether rich or poor, in times of distress.
Scripture:
God is a Spirit and: they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
(John 4:24)

Exercise Is Not Enough   1 comment

Exercise Is Not Enough

“My holy of holies is the human body; health, intelligence, talent, inspiration, love, and absolute freedom-freedom from violence and falsehood, no matter how the last two manifest themselves.” Anton Chekhov

When we view the statement above and the thoughts of the Apostle Paul on the human body, we can agree that exercise alone, is not enough to qualify for complete fulfillment of a healthy body; that would include the mind and soul within each individual.

The Apostle Paul clearly believed that there are benefits for the body through exercising, but more is needed to fully benefit the whole person.  Paul stated “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” 1Timothy 4:8 (King James Version)

Spirituality plays an Important Role in Good Health

“Look to your health; and if you have it, praise God, and value it next to a good conscience; for health is the second blessing that we mortals are capable of; a blessing that money cannot buy.”_Izaak Walton

Health is something that is very valuable and should never be taken for granted.  We should do all that is possible to take good care of our health. And encourage others to do the same. Prayers are always needed for God’s intervention, being that he is the one who designed our body.

In order for a person to be complete and to have a healthy body, a healthy diet, and a healthy mind is needed, along with a good exercising program.  When a person only exercise, eat unhealthy foods, and have no spiritual consciousness they will tire quicker, and their stress level will be higher.

Be blessed in health and happiness,

God’s Blessings Comes with Conditions   Leave a comment

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

And all these blessings shall come upon thee and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

Deuteronomy 28: 1,2 (K.J.V)

Note: As with all Valuable things that comes with a price tag, so does God’s blessings.

There are conditions that God requires before he hands out his blessings. Some of us are too busy meddling in other people’s affairs that we are allowing our own requirement to go unchecked; flaws in the fabric of our own lives are cause for not receiving God’s blessings.

As parents, we don’t reward our children with gifts when they disobey us. Neither does our Father in Heaven reward us when we disobey him.

When Tragedies Strikes   Leave a comment

When Tragedies Strikes

In times of tragedies, and loss of loved ones, we seek for answers and for strength to deal with the pain that causes discomfort. We know that within our souls, only our creator can comfort us, and give the needed strength within us, to enable us to rise up! And deal with the situation that we have encountered, victoriously. Each individual have to find the courage and strength to continue to live their lives at their own pace. Not everyone deal with tragedies and losses the same as others. Some people need a longer time and a slower pace.

Some ask, Why?

Scripture:

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Ephesians 6:10, 12

God holds accountable those who inflict pain and cause the death of another individual without justifiable cause such as in the case of self-defense, or to save another individual’s life. He will not allow such individual to go unpunished by his own judgment and time.

He also, will judge those in leadership positions who are using politics and passing laws and are using their influences that are not helping to better the nations, but are rather destroying its people and separating them.

When a tragedy happen, each one of us should ask ourselves, what can I do to make this world safer?

As a parent, we should ask, am I being the parent that I need to be?

Am I living the example for my children that will help them to be respectful to others and to value the life of others?

We live in a society that is addicted to violence. It is up to us to teach our children, and other children not to commit wrongful acts. It is time for all parents to work together, with teachers, and with other leadership individuals, to help our young people avoid violence.

A young person should be able to have the knowledge to make a righteous decision, about what they view. A song, or a movie, or book that portrays a violent act, is no cause for anyone to commit those acts upon another individual. Acting is what it is! It is not real! The people are entertainers, who are paid to do their job. They don’t commit the acts of the individuals they are portraying.

Case in Point:

The Bible is filled with violent acts committed by young and old. Those things were recorded for our learning, for the purpose that we shouldn’t commit them. And to know that those things displeases God, and to expect his punishment.

Keeping Your Business Safe   Leave a comment

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: to shew forth thy loving-kindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, Psalm 92:1, 2 (K.J.V)

Note: Giving thanks to God and singing praises inspires hope, and produces courage, determination, and strength. It also, gives us comfort and peace. Those who possess find satisfaction. Surveys have been done with positive results for prayer regarding those who pray frequently.

There are times when every individual need to empty their mind to someone without having their personal business being publicized to others who can make things worse by spreading false rumors.

Prayer works for me.

The Enemy Living Within Me (Part 1)   5 comments

The Enemy Living Within Me (Part 1)

If you believe in the darkness of the supernatural world, then you believe in demons.

 The Jealous Person

A competent and self-confident person is incapable of jealousy in anything. Jealousy is invariably a symptom of neurotic insecurity.   ~ Lazarus Long

Jealousy is a spiritual weakness that produces; anger, envy, hate, lying, and mischievous thoughts that causes violent acts; destroying others, and self-destruction.
This individual’s mind is unstable. They aren’t happy with themselves. Therefore, they have no self-respect for themselves, and no respect for another individual.  This is one of the most dangerous individual‘s one will ever meet.
They are incompetent, and are without self-confidence.  Their behavior is neurotic. This is a mind without a conscious.

Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go: lest thou learn his ways, and get a snare to thy soul.  Proverbs 22:24, 25

It has been said that man is his worst enemy. Living within every human being is a family. This family is the enemy who is at war within every human being. This is the enemy that lurks in darkness and is capable of taking control of the human’s body, mind and soul. The intelligent mind understands that within its body lies a weakness to commit any one or more sinful acts.

Because of this weakness, there remains a war within our minds to choose which side to fight against.

The Battle between Sin and Righteousness

           Family of sin:

Lust, adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, and revellings.  (Galatians 5:19)

               Family of righteousness:

Love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness,  and temperance. (Galatians 5:22)

The family of sin is the army of evil forces as described in the book of Revelation. This army is violent and destructive. It’s able to mutate and multiply into great numbers of others like itself. It is led by a leader whose name is Abaddon, (Hebrew) and Appolon (Greek).

They are demon sprits; they are evil and destructive. They have no conscious of sin. They are able to mutate, and disguise themselves, while multiplying into thousands. They can’t be destroyed. But, they can be defeated through spiritual means. They have power to destroy.

Description:

 Shape: Locusts resembling horses prepared for battle;

Hair: Women hair

Head:  Crowns like gold

Face:    Men features

Teeth: Lion

Breastplates: Iron

Wings: Sound of many horses running to battle

Tail: Scorpion (the power of their sting is to torment humans with tremendous pain, and to Kill.

Their King is Abaddon, the angel over the Bottomless Pit (Hell)

(Revelation 9:7-11)

Listen closely to the Apostle Paul’s statement: For I know that in me (that is in my flesh) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

Romans 7:18-20

When an unclean spirit (demon) is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whense I came out, and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then, goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

Matthew 12:43, 44, 45

This is why it is so vital to stay constantly in pray, and focus on asking God for guidance and Wisdom. When demons approaches and they find that the spirit of truth and righteousness dwells within an individual, they can’t take possession. But, they will seek to oppress the individual through every attack they can launch. They can cause a possessed person to harm themselves and others.
