Harassment: Leadership Abuse of Power   Leave a comment

My Personal Story

The abuse of power is widely observed among those in leadership positions.

When bosses and managers as well as others in such positions, use their authority to gain something for their own personal purposes, rather than to focus on job related matters it is abuse of power and disrespect for the position they hold.

When such people in leadership positions make sexual advances toward others that is disrespectful. And if a person in a leadership position terminate someone for refusing to become involved in a relationship with him or her, that is abuse of power and disrespectful for that individual’s rights.

A Personal Story:

I have experienced such treatment.

A man I worked with went outside of his management position. He wanted to control my personal life. He once told me he had made reservations for a hotel room for me out of town;

Further stating, “Some of our business partners will be there too.”

I felt uncomfortable with the trip and hotel, and did not go. He was very angry with me for the decision I made, not to go out of town.

I knew this man was attracted to me. He kept arranging alone time for us, and I kept showing up with someone else, and he kept getting angry with me. I did not share the feelings for him, that he had for me.

Reasons: I love the man, I am married to. Also, character matters to me.

He was not going to give up, and I was not going to give in. His attitude was making me very uncomfortable working with him. I decided to move into a location several miles away from him. He became furious with me, and demanded that I return to his location, and followed up with a threat:

“If you don’t, they can make it hard for you.” This was understood to mean those in leadership positions at the top in the company, would cause harm to me.

I refused to move back to his location. And he carried out his threat. He and those he referred to terminated me; took away my clients, and stopped my financial income.

They forced me into financial distress. I could not pay my debts from business related financial responsibilities. This behavior is leadership abuse of power.

Men who Prey Upon Females   1 comment

Sexual Assault and Battery
A man should never take an advantage of a female to sexually abuse her, and physically harm her, to satisfy his own sexual pleasures. Such behavior, harm a female mentally as well as physical. It doesn’t matter how many years that have gone by since the abuse occurred: to the female, the pain from the assault will never leave her.

Sexual assault and battery, are common in society. These acts have always occurred since the days of old. There is no place where they have not occurred. Now, is the time to clean the souls of those who have committed these acts against females, by confessing and asking forgiveness.

The younger generations of males, will benefit from those who live by an example of treating girls and women with respect.

TODAY’S PRAYER   Leave a comment

Thank you God, my creator, who is the Father of my soul, and of all people, and the things you have made.
I laid down and slept, but only you could wake me up.
As I prepare to begin my day of travel and work, I understand only you can keep me safe. I ask of you to please extend your grace to me, and keep me safe today.
God, please accept these humble words for my family and friends, and keep them safe today.
Thank you God. Amen

There IS No Love As Great As This LOVE   Leave a comment

Love expressed from a parent to a child, to protect and to provide for
The time a child sacrifices to spend with a parent, to express caring
The LOVE a man shows to his wife, and the many ways she rewards him, with her LOVE in return
The precious LOVE shown to that special someone, whose presence is felt in every heartbeat as ONE

Above all LOVE is the LOVE of God, whose LOVE never fail.
Everyday his LOVE is shown by each breath we take, and the things we see, the sound we hear, and the things we smell and touch.
To hear the sound of thunder, seeing the fiery lightning bolts, and feeling the power of its strikes, that shakes the ground underneath us, is a reminder that it is God’s Grace and Mercy that controls nature, to keep us safe from the power of Earth Disasters.
To Feel The Presence of God
To feel the warmth of the sun, and look into a beautiful sunrise
To see a beautiful sunset
On a night when the moon and the stars light up the sky, and a falling star, or many stars that fall are visible to our eyes:
Our hearts are delighted with happiness, and from within our soul we speak to God, a prayer of thanks. And he speaks back to us with a breath of fresh air filled with a sweet fragrance from the sky covering us with his LOVE
The Spirit of the Good Samaritan, lives on in the Hearts of people who reaches out to others, to lend a helping hand and provide comfort, in their times of need. In all these things, the LOVE of God is shown. There is no Love as great as this LOVE.

When the World See Change   Leave a comment

Change comes about to create financial success and prosperity, when people work together to create opportunities to establish financial growth, that will create wealth to benefit all people.
When those who are able to work using their skills and talents, see their financial income increase, as they become wealthier, and their riches are manifested through profits that enables them to help others climb the ladder of success, this bring about change in communities and neighborhoods, throughout the world.
Good leadership develop a peaceful bond between communities and neighborhoods, that builds strong relationships for change, to allow financial success to flow into our nations, creating good educational programs that produce long lasting jobs with adequate benefits and wages, that will allow people to retire with a great financial income.
No one should be in debt when they retire. The life of a retired person should be happy. That person should be financially secured, and in a position to help others benefit from his or her skills and talents. Stress does not belong in the same category with financial success and prosperity.
Quote:
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our LORD: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength. (Nehemiah 8:10) KJV

Undisciplined Leaders Willing to Lead But Unprepared   Leave a comment

Undisciplined Leaders with a willingness to lead but unprepared, are those likened to blindfolded people with ear plugs in their ears, driving passenger vehicles without seat belts at very high speed rates.
Their vehicles are overloaded with people looking through tinted windows, fearing for their lives and for the lives of others, in the path of their drivers that cannot see the things within their path, and do not care about the rules of the road. Neither can they hear the voices of the people trying desperately to give them instructions, to avoid the catastrophe, that is going to happen.
